Clear Calculators

Contact

Use this page to contact Clear Calculators about calculator feedback, accessibility issues, privacy questions, correction requests or general site enquiries.

Email

You can email feedback@clearcalculators.co.uk.

Feedback form

If you want to include the tool name, tax year or a short description of the issue, use the feedback form. Please do not send sensitive personal information such as National Insurance numbers, full payslip details, bank details or account passwords.

What to include

For calculator issues, useful details include the page name, the inputs you used, the result you expected, and whether you were using a mobile, tablet or desktop browser. For privacy or legal-page questions, mention the page and section you are referring to.

Corrections and source updates

If you think a calculator uses an outdated public rate, a confusing assumption or a source note that needs review, include the page URL and the official source you were checking against. For tax, VAT, holiday and employment-related topics, please include the tax year, leave year or date that matters so the issue can be reviewed in context.

Accessibility and usability reports

Clear Calculators should work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, mobile layouts and the shared light and dark theme. If something is hard to read, difficult to operate, overflowing on a small screen or missing a useful label, send the page name, device or browser, and a short description of what happened.

Response expectations

Messages are reviewed for site improvement, corrections and support. Clear Calculators cannot provide personal financial, tax, legal, pension or employment advice by email, and cannot review private payslips, contracts or account details.

What to include in a useful message

If you are reporting a calculator issue, include the tool name, the inputs you used, the result shown, and the result you expected. For pay, tax, holiday or VAT pages, also include the relevant region, period, year, rate or method selected where it affects the calculation.

Please do not send sensitive personal documents, full payslips, tax reference numbers, bank details or passwords. A short description of the scenario is enough for a review. Clear Calculators cannot provide personal tax, legal, employment or financial advice, but feedback can be used to improve wording, examples, accessibility and calculator assumptions.

Corrections and updates

When public rates or guidance change, calculator pages are reviewed and updated where relevant. If you spot outdated wording, a confusing label or a missing edge case, the contact page is the right place to flag it.
