Clear Calculators is designed to work with as little personal data as possible. The UK pay calculator runs in your browser and does not require an account.

Calculator inputs

Your salary, pension, tax-code and deduction inputs are processed in your browser. The static calculator does not need to send those inputs to a server to produce a result.

Local storage

The calculator may save your latest inputs, theme preference and rate-update information in your browser's local storage for convenience. You can clear this by using the reset option or clearing site data in your browser.

Analytics and hosting logs

The web host may create standard server logs such as requested pages, timestamps, browser type and IP address. Any analytics should be privacy-conscious and used to understand page use without building detailed personal profiles.

Adverts and affiliate links

Adverts, sponsored placements or affiliate links should be clearly labelled. Calculator results should not be changed by paid links or advertising relationships.
