Why these tools sit together

Most small selling decisions come down to three questions: will the item make enough money, which postage size does it need, and can the label be printed without wasting paper? The calculators help with price, offers and profit. The parcel checker helps before buying a label. The PDF Label Mover helps when eBay, a courier or another marketplace gives you a single label PDF but your A4 label sheet still has unused spaces.

The numbers are estimates. Fee rules, buyer payments, postage labels, refunds, tax and platform policies can change the real result. Use the tools to plan, then check the final marketplace screen before listing or posting.

Common seller checks

Before accepting an offer, check the packed parcel size, real postage cost, packaging cost, any promoted listing rate and whether the platform charges seller fees for that listing. Before printing, check the label size, paper size and which label positions have already been used.

If you sell regularly or buy items to resell, keep records of sale prices, costs, fees, postage and refunds. Casual selling and trading can be treated differently, and this site does not provide tax advice.

How to choose the right seller tool

Use the eBay fee calculator when you already have an expected sale price and want to check the likely profit after postage, packaging, promotion and editable fee assumptions. Use the eBay offer calculator when a buyer sends a lower offer and you want to see the profit gap before accepting. Use the Vinted calculator for simpler clear-out sales where the main question is what you keep after your own costs. Use the break-even calculator when you want to work backwards from a target profit before setting a listing price.

Use the bundle calculator when a buyer wants several items together, because postage and discounts can change the result. Use the parcel size checker before comparing postage prices, then use the postage comparison calculator before buying a label. The PDF Label Mover is different: it helps with printing by placing a label PDF onto a spare sheet position.

What these tools do not do

They do not connect to eBay, Vinted, courier accounts or payment providers. They do not know your exact account status, tax position, final postage label price, refund outcome or marketplace dispute result. They are practical planning tools: useful for spotting whether a sale is likely to be worth it, but not a replacement for the final fee screen shown by the marketplace.

For regular selling, keep your own records. A simple note of item cost, sale price, postage paid, packaging, fees and refunds can make later checks much easier.
